Pascal CAZEAUX served in the Navy for 25 years as a naval officer of Energy. From 2002 – 2007 he directed the Angola based branch of a large French group involved in maintenance activities and training in the oil industry.

He participated in the creation of IPAS Partners in 2007 and led technical assistance activities in Angola until 2011, when he took the presidency of IPAS France.

At the end of 2012, he move to Burkina Faso to became President of IPAS ECOWAS.

Philippe Reddan, with both French and British nationality, grew up and lived 10 years in United States before to move back in France.

Business school graduated, holder of a MBA, Philippe was Key Account Manager and then International Accounts Director of General Electric, ING, Randstad. At the end of 2009, he joins the Oil and gas technical assistance sector.

He takes the functions of IPAS France General Manager in May 2012 and becomes CEO in December 2012.

From 1985 to 1994, Thierry Guerin directed a Gabon-based subsidiary present in several African countries.

In 2002 he created Eurostral, a multi-service company. In 2003 he founded SONEPRAL, a company specializing in sourcing local and regional staff highly trained in the oil and gas industry. In 2007 he participated in the establishment of the IPAS Group in Angola and became the IPAS Group CEO in 2011.

Jean-Louis Nicolai holds a DESCF. He began his career with an industrial heat company and served as its CFO for 12 years.

Specializing in the international oil and gas industry, he has expert financial, accounting, administrative and human resource skills. He joined IPAS Group in 2009, and is currently CFO.

After business school, Jean - Louis Roche held leadership and management positions in the retail sector for over 20 years.

He has had key management roles Sodexo and Kompass, where, as Director of Africa, he gained a particularly expertise in the continent.

He joined IPAS Group in 2010 and is now the Secretary General.

A human resources specialist with a degree in political science, Gaétan Tokou Traore began his career in finance before joining the world of mines and energy.

His experience and expertise led him to managing and developing accounts for IPAS Group France and to managing the IPAS Group Guinea subsidiary.

In July 2012, he moved to Ivory Cost to become the IPAS ECOWAS General Manager.
